In second place is Mac Eye Kohl Pencils (£11), the favourite shade being in Smoulder (black), the colour is easy & smooth to apply with a light pearl finish, also long lasting. Finally in third place of the top eyeliners is Maybelline's Expert Eyes (£4.99), again the pencils were soft & easy to use with the finish lasting really well too.
