Check out Jenna Lyons home (creative director for J.Crew), featured in Domino magazine last month. Surprisingly i love the black, it's really dramatic but it makes all the other colours pop. Apparently it's chalkboard paint so its not so harsh. She has a whole room as her closet (!) and i'm loving the yellow couch in her living room. In the nursery she had yellow stripes painted so her son didn't have to stare at a white ceiling from his crib... cute.
