Every season ELLE magazine takes some 'street chic' photos of passer-byers (is that a word? lol) in the fashion capitals of the world. I love every time a new "Paris Street Chic" comes out. French fashion fascinates me. The women always look so put together without the least bit of care. I love the dark outfits with great accessories. I'd like to slowly build a wardrobe of great pieces like that... trés chic!
