penthouse suites & brownstone chic...

Last night I attended a preview event at the sales centre for a brand new 19 story condo, with two-story brownstones in the lower level. It's like dropping a chunk of New York in town. The place is full of all kinds of insane amenities, which i'm sure you can imagine (think in-garage car-wash bay and common theatre room), but it's kind of nice to add a place like this uptown. I'm all for it! 

I'll take one brownstone to go please...
