Good morning... Monday has arrived again after a wonderful weekend of reading on a rainy Saturday, and a long, leisurely bike ride on Sunday, followed by some french country cooking Sunday evening. I finally got around to baking that oh-so-yummy tarte au citron, which thankfully, turned out perfect... and I tried out a new recipe of chicken and spinach en papillote. I swear baking chicken in parchment paper is amazing... it turned out so well!
It's all back to reality today though, with thoughts of experimenting with more french recipes tonight... we'll see how it goes...
