The lady grabbed an attention for the very first time in an advertisement of Bombay Dyeing wearing a high-cut black swimsuit, she did the add with Karan Kapoor. Lisa is born in Canada, after doing some adds in India she returned to Canada to attend university to study journalism. Unfortunately, things could not move in a planned way and a car injury which injured her mother derailed her plans. Lisa, then decided to return India where she appeared on the cover of Glad Rags wearing a hot red Baywatch style swimsuit. After that, she became hot favourite model of everyone, Lisa has made her magical presence on the cover page of so many magazines. Her successful modelling career gave her all the name and fame which she deserved.
You would be amazed to know that, a Times of India poll named her the "ninth most beautiful woman of the millennium". Lisa made her acting debut with the Tamil movie Nethaji in the year 1994 opposite actor Sarath Kumar. The beautiful lady made her Bollywood debut with the movie Kasoor in the year 2001. In this movie Lisa appeared with Aftab Shivdasani. Lisa has worked with Deepa Mehta in the Oscar-nominated film, Water. The Canadian actress has won 'Voice Achievers Award for 2009' for outstanding contribution in fields of film, trade, literature and sports.
