I think it's safe to say most people can't believe how fast September crept up. I know I can't! Where did our summer season (well kind of...) go? We're finally having the most gorgeous weather though, right in time for Labour Day weekend... really the last weekend of summer before all those new beginnings... school starting, the fall season, new wardrobe, new goals... Maybe because I always get that little "new school year" feeling around this time, it somehow seems like the best time to set up new goals and adventures. I hope to finally get outdoors and enjoy the early, warmer side of fall... apple picking, hay rides, visits to orchard farms and drinking hot apple cider. I also hope to get a better routine going in my daily life, more sleep and better eats! Don't we all say that? I think it affects everything else though...
Well, I hope you have a great weekend! I'm relaxing tomorrow, and then off to a friend's cottage on Sunday to soak up some sun and hopefully eat a fire roasted hotdog or two (it's really the only acceptable way to eat them, lol)... thanks for stopping by everyone!
