Deep in the woods, tucked away behind stone walls, this lovely country home would be the perfect weekend getaway. Simple and chic, I am loving the bedroom with such a beautiful mirror and then plain, white sheets. Plus, the kitchen is so classic and European looking, no? I could totally see myself just getting lost in relaxation at a place like this... beautiful...

Marchesa and Le Métier de Beauté Collection

Dedication to design, detail and to the experience; Marchesa and Le Métier de Beauté brings back a time when the “craft of the craft” was so important, while simultaneously bringing forward the best in luxury technology. With this like-minded approach, a creative collaboration between the two luxury houses came naturally. Introducing Marchesa for Le Métier de Beauté, the first collection to evolve from this joint venture, a true partnership in beauty, a new endeavor into irresistible luxury.

“Each season,” explains Georgina Chapman, co-founder and designer of Marchesa, “Keren and I introduce a new collection, but with the classic and consistent signature that is Marchesa – we transport our customers back to a time when luxury fashion meant the best in tailoring, design, fabric, etc. When it came to launching a cosmetics collection, we wanted to do the same and we found immediately that Le Métier de Beauté shared these same core values.”

“The Collection takes the unparalleled textures and formulas Le Métier de Beauté is known for and transfixes them with the essence of Marchesa,” says Joanna Vorachek Austin, President of Le Métier de Beauté. “From the sleek packaging and the innovative formulas to the flawless application, the Marchesa for Le Métier de Beauté collaboration brings the best of both brands to the forefront of luxury.”

floral simplicity...

Follow Studio is one of my favourites for simplistic, yet stunning graphic design. They always have a touch of something special to their work, like this beautiful floral material, that brings their pieces to a whole other level. Aren't these little wedding pieces gorgeous?

french dreaming...

Dottie from Dream Camera (which i've raved about before!) and Let's Go Ride a Bike has arrived back from her trip to Paris and I am dying over her photos! Are they not the most stunning shots of Paris and Versailles? I loved Paris so much while I was there, but my only regret was not having enough time to visit Versailles... it would have been such an honour to walk those grounds. Seriously though, these photos make my heart ache for Paris, you know what I mean?

a little or a lot...

Loving just a hint of leopard print lately... a skirt, a bag, or a pair of pumps... but a full-patterned, flowy dress is looking just as stunning as well! I've always stayed clear of animal print in the past, but it all just depends on the piece now doesn't it?
