Bollywood beauties sizzle at Lakme Fashion Week 2011

Lakme Fashion Week 2011 was held on 14th March, bollywood enjoyed every single minute of the event. Even, the Worldcup cricket fever didn't stop the Bollywood to rock the event. Bollywood beauties who had a good time at the event were Kareena Kapoor , Jacqueline Fernandez , Sameera Reddy, Sophie Choudry, Mandira Bedi. Juhi Chawla, Minissha Lamba and Hard Kaur.

Juhi and Minissha Lamba loved the show and they have posted on their tweeter account about it, they were seen getting into bliss over the attractive collections that they had noticed on the show. Juhi have posted on her account, “Attended Anita dongre s show at LFW ... Very very pretty ... Each garment each outfit was lovely ..the whole look was waiflike ..angelic.” While Manisha who attended Rajat Tangri's show have tweeted, “Sunday begins with fashion week. Attending my dear friend Rajat Tangri's show today wearing a simple yet stunning piece of his creation.”

Various designers introduced their collection in the show including Manish Malhotra show has showcased his spring collection and seemed satisfied with the show he tweeted, 'show went great- feel good and relaxed', great fashion designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee showcased his new collections at the Lakme Fashion Week’s Spring/Summer edition. His latest collection has been inspired and developed for a project to ‘Save the Tiger’.

Designers like Shivan-Narresh and Jatin Varma beat the heat with a bite of their ice-cream inspired lines, Sabah Khan took autos on the ramp. Designer Deepti Prurthi showcased a collection inspired by Chicago’s Aqua Tower, the tallest building in the world designed by a woman. Deepti called her collection Complicated Simplicity.
